Directions:

  1. Microwave cream cheese for 1 minute or until soft. Stir in sour cream, milk, mayonaise and worcestershire sauce. Add kielbasa, onion and parmesan cheese. Put in crock pot on low. Serve with crackers, vegetables or rye bread.
