Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees, Cook Bacon until crisp.
  2. Drain Bacon; reserve 2 tablespoons bacon drippings.
  3. In ungreased 2 to 2 1/2 quart casserole dish, combine bacon drippings, potatoes and sauce mix.
  4. Stir in sugar, Celery seed, pepper, milk, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce until well mixed.
  5. Add Sauerkraut, pimento and cooked bacon; mix well.
  6. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes.
  8. Stir.
