Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 (10 oz) can maraschino cherries
  • 1 (20 oz) can pears
  • 1 (20 oz) can peaches
  • 1 (20 oz) can pineapple
  • 1 (20 oz) can apricots

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Drain fruit.
  3. Combine brown sugar, butter, and curry powder.
  4. Place friut and sugar mixture in 13x9 baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  6. Surve hot.
