The Best Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt

Directions:

  1. Scrub potatoes well as skins are delicious. Dry well and stab to vent.
  2. Coat clean dry potatoes with olive oil and salt. (I do this in a plastic bag).
  3. Place potatoes directly on oven rack and bake at 450F for 1 hour or until done.
