Horseradish Beets (Chrin)

Ingredients:

  • 8 (15 oz) cans canned beets
  • 2 (4 oz) jars prepared horseradish

Directions:

  1. In an electric blender, grind the beets; drain (you can save the juice for soup if you'd like).
  2. Add horseradish to beets and mix well; refrigerate until ready to serve.
