Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a pitcher with a tight fitting lid.
  2. (or put in blender) Shake until combined.
  3. Drink or chill.
  4. (refreshing over ice).
  5. You can also add a bit of almond extract, or chocolate syrup.
