Honey Raisin Pecan Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water , plus 1 tsp
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 cups white bread flour
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp dry milk
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecan pieces
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Spray the bread container of your bread machine with cooking spray.
  2. Add ingredients,except pecans and raisins, according to the recommendation of your bread machine manufacturer.
  3. Use the whole wheat or basic/white setting.
  4. Use the light or medium crust setting.
  5. Remove and cool on rack when baked.
