Honey Pepper Vodka Steak

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all fluids and peppers to create Mo's Marinade mixture (TM).
  2. Place steak into a marinating pan.
  3. Poke steak through each side with a fork, chopsticks or bang with tenderizing hammer until it is tender.
  4. Flip and repeat.
  5. Poor marinade over steaks.
  6. Thinly slice onion and place on steak.
  7. With your hands, crush the onions such that the juice from the onions is released into the steak and marindate.
  8. Prepare steak as desired, via grill, oven or any other method.
  9. Brown onions as garnish.
