Honey Mustard Microwave Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 2 (6 -8 oz) salmon fillets
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch thyme

Directions:

  1. Place salmon steaks in microwave-safe dish. In a separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Drizzle mustard glaze evenly over salmon. Microwave on High (100%) for 4 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Makes 2 servings.
