Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions:

  1. In a bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, butter and honey.
  3. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients just until moistened.
  4. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 3/4 full.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Serve warm.
