Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400*F.
  2. Grease a 9 inch baking pan, set aside.
  3. In a bowl mix together, cornmeal, flour, sugar, salt and baking powder, using a wire whisk, give it a couple of swirls to blend the dry ingredients.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and mix until moistened.
  5. Pour into greased pan.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted into center comes out dry.
