Honey Moist Cornbread

Tender and moist cornbread. Great served with butter. From Land-O-Lakes cookbook.
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400*F.
2. grease a 9 inch baking pan, set aside.
3. in a bowl mix together, cornmeal, flour, sugar, salt and baking powder, using a wire whisk, give it a couple of swirls to blend the dry ingredients.
4. add remaining ingredients and mix until moistened.
5. pour into greased pan.
6. bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted into center comes out dry.
