Ingredients:

  • 3 egg whites , stiffly beaten
  • 3/4 cup honey or 3/4 cup fructose
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine egg yolks,honey,yoghurt & vanilla & Blend until smooth.
  2. Fold in egg whites.
  3. Pour into individual containers & freeze.
