  • 1 cup honey nut graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup low-fat milk
  • 6 tsp ovaltine

Directions:

  1. Put the Graham crackers in a bowl.
  2. Add Ovaltine.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add milk.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Grab a spoon and eat away!
