Ingredients:

  • 24 garlic cloves

Directions:

  1. Peel the garlic cloves and put them in a medium-size jar; add honey to just cover the garlic and then set it on a sunny windowsill until the garlic has turned partly opaque and the honey tastes strongly of garlic.
  2. Take a teaspoon every few hours or whenever necessary to relieve cough, sore throat, etc.
  3. This is good a a preventitive too when everyone around you is sick!
