Ingredients:

  • 2-1/2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • oil for deep frying

Directions:

  1. Cut wings in 3 sections;discard tips. In saucepan,combine soy sauce,bbq sauce and honey. Bring to boil;cook until liquid is reduced to 1 c.
  2. Meanwhile,in large resealable plastic bag,scombine the flour,salt,paprika and pepper,add wings a few at a time and shake to coat.
  3. In electric skillet or deep fat fryer,heat oil to 375 degrees. Fry wings,a few at a time for 6-8 mins or till no longer pink,turning once. Drain on paper towels. Transfer wings to large bowl;add sauce;toss to coat. Serve immediately!
