Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup liquid honey
  • 2 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Thoroughly clean and rinse an empty 1 L glass bottle. An empty 1 L oil bottle or vinegar bottle is best. Pour all ingredients into the bottle, and shake well to mix. Can be used immediately, or will keep in the cupboard for months.
