Ingredients:

  • 5 cups skim milk
  • 1 tbsp yogurt (containing active live cultures)

Directions:

  1. Bring milk to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
  2. Let cool until you can stick your finger in it and feel it warm but not burning.
  3. Mix in yogurt.
  4. Let sit in warm undisturbed place for 8-10 hours (overnight) until gelled.
