  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Used 1/2 whole wheat flour
  2. Could add wheat germ and blueberries
