Homemade Tomato Soup--4 Serving Cups (Large)

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 oz butter
  • 1 pinch of baking soda
  • 2 cups table cream

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except for cream.
  2. Simmer for thirty minutes.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add pinch of baking soda and stir until foam subsides.
  5. Slowly stir in cream.
  6. Serve
