Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs pork
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sage
  • 1 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion powder

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl large enough to hand mix ingredients.
  2. After thoroughily mixing the ingredients.cover and place in fridge over night.
  3. You can either roll into 1 lb logs and seal - or make individual patties.
  4. Individual patties should be separated with plastic wrap.
