Ingredients:

  • 3 tsp sage
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 dash allspice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Mix well.
  3. This is best after it's chilled a while.
  4. It can also be frozen.
  5. To fry, make patties and cook about 6 minutes per side on med-hi heat.
