Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Throughly combine all ingredients; shape into six patties.
  2. Chill at least 1 hour.
  3. Fry in a skillet for 3-4 minutes per side or until browned and no longer pink in the center.
