Homemade Banana Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 -1 1/2 cup vanilla wafer

Directions:

  1. Mix Sugar, Flour, & Salt in saucepan.
  2. In separate bowl, mix yolks & milk, then add to saucepan mixture.
  3. Cook over medium heat until thickened, and then remove.
  4. Add banana slices & vanilla.
  5. Pour into vanilla wafer lined bowl & refrigerate.
  6. Serve cold.
