Ingredients:

  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup. skim milk
  • 1/4 cup. sugar

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs, milk and sugar in a large bowl. heat skillet. dip slices of bread in egg mixture and place on heated skillet. cook till lightly browned on each side.
