Ingredients:

  • dash of tabasco
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut the Avocado in half and remove the stone
  2. Using a spoon remove the flesh and place in a small bowl
  3. Give a small squeeze of lemon to the bowl
  4. Using a fork mash the avocado to a smooth consistency
  5. Mix in a dash of Tabasco and seasoning
  6. Taste and make any necessary corrections (be careful to not add too much lemon)
