Ingredients:

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1/3 cup pico de gallo (use my delicious /salsa fresca)
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cut avocados in half. Remove seed. Scoop out avacado from the peel, put in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado well until it is smooth.
  3. Add the pico de gallo, lime, and salt. Mix well.
  4. ENJOY!
