Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. Add yolks and lemon use (half lemon or more depending on your preference) i like it lemony and wisk together.
  2. Add to a double boiler or small pot on medium heat.
  3. Keep wisking until it get to a thick consistancy.
  4. Add butter and milk
  5. Wisk together until you have a thick creamy consistancy.
