Holiday Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cream butter & sugar together until fluffy.
  2. Add next 4 ingredients and mix well.
  3. Line 9 pie plate with crust.
  4. Pour filling into crust.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 - 60 minutes or until crust is brown and filling is set.
