Directions:

  1. Line a jelly-roll pan with wax paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugar.
  3. Add flour, syrup and egg.
  4. Stir peanuts inches.
  5. Spread mixture in jelly-roll pan.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes, or till light brown.
  7. Cut into squares and remove from pan peeling away from wax paper.
