Holiday Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 7 cups bread cubes
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp orange zest
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, blend well.
  2. Mixture should be moist, but not soupy.
  3. Pour into a buttered 9 x12 baking dish.
  4. Place into a non preheated oven.
  5. Bake 350 degrees for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
