Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream together butter and sugars.
  2. Add eggs one at a time.
  3. Add vanilla.
  4. Sift together dry ingredients then add to Creamed mixture, stirring to incorporate.
  5. Stir in zucchini, coconut and raisins.
  6. Spread into a buttered jelly roll pan.
  7. Bake 30-40 minutes until lightly browned and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Cool in pan.
  9. For Icing:.
  10. Melt butter in a small bowl.
  11. Add remainging ingredients, except nuts.
  12. Stir until smooth.
  13. Ice cooled bars.
  14. Sprinkle with nuts.
  15. Cut into squares.
