Oatmeal Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter (veggie oil can be used)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (i always use much more)

Directions:

  1. Cream together sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients.
  3. Refrigerate 4-5 hours.
  4. Shape teaspoon fulls into balls.
  5. Put on silpat covered baking sheet.
  6. Flatten with greased bottom of a glass dipped in sugar.
  7. Bake 10 minutes.
