Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dice the pork into small pieces, no larger than 1 cubed.
  2. Heat wok over med-high heat with a few tablespoons of sesame oil (enough to cover bottom of pan).
  3. When it starts to sizzle, add meat.
  4. Sprinkle with garlic, onion and chives (as desired).
  5. Keep stirring the meat until it is fully cooked.
  6. Remove from wok and set aside.
  7. Using the same oil you cooked the meat in, stir-fry the vegetables until they are heated through, yet remain crisp.
  8. Return meat to the pan and coat mixture well with hoisin sauce.
  9. Continue heating until sauce starts to bubble.
  10. Serve over steamed white rice.
