Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place the 1/2 cup cornstarch in a large bowl
  2. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat well
  3. Heat oil in wok or larte skillet over high heat to 375 degrees
  4. Add chicken slowly 1/3 at a time and cook until golden brown and cooked throughly about 5 minutes
  5. Drain on paper towels
  6. Remove all but 2 tablespoons oil from wok or skillet
  7. Add ginger and stir fry 1 minute
  8. Add onions stir fry 1 minute
  9. Add broccoli red pepper and mushrooms stir fry for 2 minutes
  10. Combine remaining ingredients and 1 tablespooncornstarch in small bowl
  11. Add to wok cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens
  12. Add chicken back into mix heat through and serve
