Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 tsp yeast
  • 1/4 cup rye flour
  • 1 tbsp oat bran
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp wheat bran
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp prune puree or 2 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 1/4 cups water

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual
  2. Cook on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.
