Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 tsp canola oil
  • 1/4 cup beer
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil on both sides. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over pork. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until meat is tender. Yield: 2 servings.
