Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the popcorn, potato sticks and nuts.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  3. Drizzle over popcorn mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Spread into two ungreased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pans.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 250 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring twice.
  6. Cool on a wire rack.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
