Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.
  2. Add all ingredients except walnuts to bowl and mix in thoroughly.
  3. Roll into a log using plastic wrap, and a sushi mat.
  4. Place another sheet of fresh plastic wrap on top of sushi mat, then spread finely chopped walnuts on it.
  5. Take log out of other wrap, then place it on sushi mat and roll in the walnuts, coating the outside evenly.
  6. Chill until ready to serve.
