Herbed Baked Tilapia and Rice

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook brown rice.
  2. Place fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil wrap.
  3. In a small bowl, combine parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and chopped green onion, spread mixture over each fish fillet.
  4. Combine bread crumbs, basil and oregano; sprinkle over fish. Bake for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Serve over rice.
