Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil on medium high. add onion and celery and cook for 5 mins.
  2. Add herbs and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  3. Add butter and stock and bring to a simmer.
  4. Combine with croutons and grated apple.
  5. Add mixture to backing dish.
  6. Back on center rack of oven or 30 mins or until stuffing is browned and cooked through.
