Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients but pork in zip-lock bag.
  2. Add pork and turn to coat.
  3. Chill and marinate at least 2 hours.
  4. Discard marinade and roast at 350F for 40 minute or until meat reaches 160 degrees on a meat thermometer.
