Herb and Oat Breaded Bake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 savory (parsley will do)
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Process in food processor.
  3. Spread on silpat lined jelly roll pan and bake 5 minutes.
  4. Dredge protien in egg. then oat mixture.
  5. Place on silpat lined sheet and bake according to need.
