Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a covered skillet or saucepan, cook tomatoes in olive oil unbtil they begin to burst. Add wine and garlic and cook 3 minutes. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Add mushrooms and cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper and pour over pasta. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
