Hearty Berry Streusel Muffins

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare muffin tins with streusel or oil, prepare streusel first then set aside for later.
  2. For muffins mix dry ingredients well.
  3. In a separate bowl mix all wet ingredients except berries, and beat together well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mix and beat firmly and quickly just until thoroughly moistened.
  5. Add berries and fold in gently.
  6. Divide batter into greased or paper lined muffin tins and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
  7. Cool for 15min in pan to let berries set then take out and enjoy!
