Healthy Spinach Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook spinach as directed and drain excess water.
  2. In a bowl mix remaining ingredients, except shredded swiss.
  3. Add cooked spinach and mix well.
  4. Transfer to pie plate.
  5. Add shredded cheese on top.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minute or until top is light brown and knife comes out clean.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy.
