  1. Health Note: Mushroomsare a healthy way to boost your immune system and help lower your cholesterol.
  2. It depends on the thickness of your hamburger patties as to how long they will cook.
  3. Put Worcestershire Sauce on patties to taste.
  4. Sprinkle on pepper and seasoning salt. Experiment and try some Cajun seasoning salt on your patty.
  5. Add pepper.
  6. Put mushrooms on. I cook mine 5-7 minutes on each side. Just enough to warm them up and get grill marks on them.
  7. After you have patties almost ready, put ur slice of chees on pattiee (it's ok, you not eating the hamburger bun.
  8. To spice it up some more, use Pepper Jack sliced cheese.
  9. After chees had melted, remove patties and mushrooms.
  10. Place mushroom on top of patty (with or without bun) and enjoy.
