Healthy Granola With Wheat Germ

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups raisins
  • 1 cup flax seed
  • 2 cups wheat germ
  • 4 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 1/2 cups honey
  • 1 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a larg bowl. mix wet ingredients in a sperate bowl. add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and combine well. spread onto 2 cookie sheets with edges (the the granola doesn't fall off the sides). bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours stiring every 15 minutes. store in a tightly sealed covered container to keep it crunchy.
