Healthy Granola With Wheat Germ

yummy granola that is good for you too.
Ingredients:
10 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups raisins
1 cup flax seed
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups wheat germ
2 cups shredded coconut
2 cups sliced almonds
4 tablespoons vanilla
1/2 cup water
2 1/2 cups honey
1 cup oil
Directions:
1. mix all dry ingredients in a larg bowl. mix wet ingredients in a sperate bowl. add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and combine well. spread onto 2 cookie sheets with edges (the the granola doesn't fall off the sides). bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours stiring every 15 minutes. store in a tightly sealed covered container to keep it crunchy.
