Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wet Ingredients
  2. I used an electric mixer, this can all be done by hand
  3. Add the 4 bananas and fruit juice to the mixer
  4. Pulse for a few seconds
  5. Grate the carrot and add to the mixer
  6. Add the walnuts, eggs, honey, olive oil , vanilla essence and lemon juice
  7. Pulse for a few seconds until smooth
  8. Dry Ingredients
  9. Put the wholewheat flour into a large mixing bowl
  10. Sieve in the rest of the dry ingredients and mix together
  11. Baking
  12. Mix the wet and dry ingredients in the mixing bowl until thick
  13. Line an average sized bread tin with greaseproof paper
  14. Pour the mixture into the tin evenly
  15. Place the tin into a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees celcius (350F)
  16. Bake for 50mins, turning half way
  17. Remove from the oven and leave stand for 10mins in the tin
  18. Leave the bread cool out of the tin and serve
